SELECT CUT STEAKHOUSE opened its doors in 1994 on Halsted Street in the Lakeview East neighborhood of Chicago. Tony and Gail Munoz came from the Fireplace Inn in the Old Town area of Chicago and have been building a thriving business ever since. Both Tony and Gail put their heart and soul into making sure every customer is pleasantly satisfied at each and every visit.
